Find substitute for bad food, you can find substitute of many foods like fat free milk, fat free cream, and diet which contain less calories or calorie free.
Walking is the best way to lose fats from the body. Don’t be lazy, be active walk as much as you can this will help in increasing your metabolic rate and also helps in burning fats of the body that helps in losing weight.
Increase amount of protein in the diet. Protein will help you in providing energy and would not store as fats in the body. It is also good diet for repairing cell and tissues of the body and work as a fuller.
